1. I am already hired to work at Camp in 2026.
2. I understand that initial grant disbursements will be based on demonstrated need.
3. I understand that grant funds will be distributed with my final paycheck upon completion of my contract.
4. I understand that awarded funds are subject to employment tax.
5. I understand that if I do not fulfill my contract or if it is terminated, I forfeit the grant.
