People here share the values of hard work and healthy living, collaborate with their co-workers and embrace the chance to contribute their skills and insights. We’re passionate about what we do. Which goes a long way towards having a positive impact on the youth we serve.
Seasonal Staff
Camp Manito-wish employs nearly 250 seasonal staff members each year. A large percentage of our seasonal employees return each year, and an overwhelming number of staff alumni credit the renowned leadership training they gained here for successes in their careers and communities.

Since 1970, Camp Manito-wish YMCA has operated as an independently chartered YMCA. We are governed by a volunteer Board of Directors whose boundless energy is rivaled only by their unwavering enthusiasm for our mission, vision, and commitment. From fundraising for new facilities to establishing new programs to reinforcing the priorities and values that make Manito-wish so exceptional, our Board has always provided the guidance, wisdom and helping hands needed to achieve our mission.
