Camp Manito-wish YMCA is a 102 year old overnight Camp focusing on wilderness tripping and leadership development. Serving over 80,000 meals annually, this year-round position oversees the operation of a full service kitchen including the hiring and supervision of staff, menu creation, ordering, and dietary need accommodations.

Interested candidates should have experience budgeting for, ordering, and preparing nutritious meals for groups in excess of 450 per setting.  Prior experience in a camp setting is preferred – a commitment to creating an environment that supports youth development and serving others is a must.
